Getting this one ready to flip, but need the red bonus arrows to alternate (ball count stepper?). Also, what is the ferris wheel looking thing in the back of the cabinet??

The arrows light, then go off when five balls are on one side. The problem is the arrow is always on the left side, then awards extra ball when one ball is removed from the lit side.
