Youtube has lots of short how to videos, to use a meter etc. Bridge rectifier looks like this :

And I'm assuming you checked fuses by pulling and checking with a meter ?
And if you aren't experienced in board repair, you may need help on this.

Thanks I think I'm just going to mail It back to rottendog I feel like an idiot second time mailing it back to him.
Let's do a little troubleshooting first.
Why did you replace the OEM board with a RD board?
Have you measured the AC input at connector J101?
Meter on AC voltage (less than 20).
Game on.
One probe in back of connector J101 one of the red wires.
One probe touching the other red wire conductor.
You should see about 9 VAC.
Next, game off.
Remove fuse F103.
Set meter to continuity.
Buzz the fuse.
