Miniplayfield stopped working today, basically barely moves right or left.

Test says motor and switches are working.

Removing the miniplayfield to make sure that nothing is binding and running the test you may be able to see shaft rotates and moves the arm for the opto switchs, but the total excursion from right to left is about 1/4". Yes the arm is firmly attached on the shaft.

When it goes "left" it lines up in the opto switch, when it goes "right" it does not even make it to the other opto switch. Like the motor itself is binding.

Worked great for several games today, then this just developed.

Actually playing with dianostics I think opto switch 95 is the problem. Does not seem to be registering.
I'll pull that board.

Figured out that opto 95 is dead. Ordered a replacement. Hope to have a resolution this weekend.

New POA opto board, problem solved. 1 bad opto switch was the problem.
