Check the resistance of the coil. Voltage is no good if the coil is dead. I doubt this is the problem but still...

Didn't see a mention of the spoon switch making contact. The scoring switch has nothing to do with the bumper operation.

The bridge is obviously ok so rule that out. Check the solder joints on the lugs to make sure they're solid.
