I will start with your outhole Solenoid being activated with the left outlane and left advance bonus sling.
There are 2 switches, in series, that must close to activate the Outhole solenoid.
#1 is on the Make-or-Break on the Outhole Relay
#2 is motor cam switch 4-A
I have a question for you. If you activate the score motor (during an active game without the ball in the outhole) does the outhole solenoid activate?
If it does then the Switch on your outhole relay is most likely closed when it should be open.
Let me know what you find.
Quoted from TheShadowsNose:Picking up a beautiful HUO Grand Prix tomorrow but have to get it up a flight of stairs. Any advice?
Find a few good friends.
Quoted from fabsj82:I've done okay solving issues up to this point but I'm stuck on this one. If I complete both uppers or both lower drop targets the whole thing resets and awards a star below. If I only do one lower and one upper it works as it should. Can anybody point me in the right direction to be looking. Thanks
Mine functions the exact same as yours in the video
Quoted from Mars304:Just picked up a Grand Prix project. Going to fix it up for my daughter, who loves EMs. Can't wait to get started. Was getting a parts order ready. Does anybody know where I can get the bumper caps for this machine? I can't seem to find the yellow ones with the bullseye and red and yellow triangles on them. I'm assuming these were the original ones. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!
Grand Prix EM is a great pinball game. One of the most complicated EM pins out there.

Tried the game and then the power switch wouldn’t turn off the game….. that was odd.
Is there a guide to make a new chime bar and lock wire? Iirc some chimes bars were chunks of aluminum.
I think PBR has some of the rebuild parts.

Welcome to the club.
You can make a new chime bar out of flat aluminum you can buy from Home Depot. There are threads that cover this you can search for.
