Is it possible? Yes. Is it realistic? No. Is it a good idea? Probably not, unless you've got skills to make a complete custom game and even then its a maybe.
Is it even the game you have fond memories of anymore if you add all these extra features? If you want ramp city get a Demo Man. Fun game, still relatively affordable.
