Picked up a Flash and it seems i have an MPU problem and was trying to find out what system this is? System 7?

Its not booting. Led's both blink once then stay off. Power seems to all be there. I re-seated all the plugs, rom's and checked for anything obvious, cold solder joints etc.

yea the displays are working. some what.

I have a humming sound coming through the speaker. The sound board has a swollen and leaking capacitor.

hahaha true but could be fun. I did a continuity test on all the socked roms and it was all good. Im just wondering if that is the problem.

Well, I put a Rottendog in and the game plays fine. Think i am just goint to send the boards out to get worked. We'll see.
