There's one switch behind a rubber that tilts the ball in play. No other switch does this. The switch and wiring is okay and I have new boards. I changed the diode on the switch. Any thoughts?

Get the flash light out. Really inspect the switch and all connections for a bridge arc maybe caused by solder ? Follow the wiring look for possible chafed wire. Hope this works out.

Thanks for your help. So it probably isn't board related? The reason I ask is a couple of coils started locking on after I had my boards fixed and they weren't doing that before. Could this be related to the switch 'tilting'?
