This box has been in storage way to long.
15 Fire houses for sale.
Would love to sell as one Lot.
These are No Good seconds from run in 2008.
The front entrance plastic gets to thin towards bottom.
Mostly offering these up if someone wants the decals off them.
The black on top most all have scuffs, big and small.
2 have breaks of entrance. The other 13 have the thin plastic mold. 2 of set are kinda acceptable to put in games. However, what you already have will be better.
$50 for whole lot. Plus shipping depending on location.
Sold!

Did any of the other buildings ever get reproduced? My center building is basically flawless.
Why hasnt anyone made the plastic ramp where the ball locks. The end of mine are both cracked.

No sadly. It was the only house made at the time. Why they even just made the one house is a mystery.

Because the molds have never been found.

Can verify, the bridge brackets have improved my fire! considerably.
New club member, picked up a very dirty one and starting the teardown. Having a bitch of a time getting the right rescue ramp off of the playfield. Can someone verify that the ramp flap posts are screwed directly into the playfield? Even trying to unscrew them isn't working. Looks like these were added later and are a size too big.

Yes confirm they’re through. They’re not really threaded in but it’s tight fit. You will have to tap them out from the bottom through the top. I believe mine were tight coming out too. They’ll come out.

Perfect, that's what i needed to hear! Don't want to break anything (especially since everything in this game is unobtanium!)

I would be in for a set.
Does anyone have a good hi res scan of the spot under the house? (The ADV. X inserts and the flame decals that are wrecked on EVERYONE'S game) - I want to touch that spot up but I can't find a game without wear right there.
Quoted from finnflash:Here is a pic of all the inserts, does this help?
[quoted image]
Yeah I found that one too- it's a little too low res to make a trace correctly. Thanks though!
sorry for the delay, kicked off the ramp support job today. I should have them early next week. I'll PM everyone that was interested when they come in.
Added over 4 years ago:brackets came in yesterday.. forgot to order hardware. I'll PM everyone that wanted a set tomorrow night.

Awesome!

I think it's come up before in this thread, but I'm pretty sure the consensus was no one seems to know where those would go.

I don't know if anything would stick to rubber very well. You would almost have to replace the post.
The sound on this game is lacking IMO. It sounds muddled and unclear.
The guys at Pinsound say there are working on a replacement sound system for Fire!.
Would replacing the ROMS help?
MATT'S BASEMENT ARCADE
FIRE PINBALL - SOUND / SPEECH ROM SET, Sound / Speech 3 Rom Set [U4, U21, U22] Version L-2 (This listing is the most current official release).
Much thanks,

I've only played a few over the years, but I think they all sound that way. I would be interested in hearing the pinsound version when it comes out.
Hi Guys!
i am working with my Fire! Pinball unfortunately the special screws are missing
(the one what connects the ramp with the ramp lifting mechanism.
I have found one screw but i am not sure this is the right one.
Should the part be reel shaped or have an incision at the connection point with the ramp ?
Can i buy this 2 special screw somewhere or subtitute with any other screw ?
Thanks in advance!

Nice detective work.
can any of you tell me what the gate on rs lower playfield by sling is for? i am missing the gate wire i guess the ball would come in from the playfield and back into shooter lane?

That is where the ball drops out of the right side lock. I guess it's there to keep the ball from getting in through the out door.
edit: if I understand what you're talking about!

This one seems to match the ramp lifting mechanism from the Fire! manual, which is listed there as Ramp Lifting Mechanism B-11304.
edit: looking through the manual I can't seem to find a part # for the actual part you're looking for

in fire! there is a callout i believe “mufasa” a reference to king. i heard this in pharoah pin also but that makes more sense. anybody know the —back-story ?

Weird, I have both machines and have never heard this. When does the call out happen?
Quoted from Scrimmbo:Weird, I have both machines and have never heard this. When does the call out happen?
just happens randomly while playing.
M = Male voice
W = Woman's voice
C = Cow
H = Horse
M-"Save the Girl"
M-"Yah!"
M-"I can't!"
M-"Move the hose!!!"
M-"Bring up the ladder!"
M-"Break the window!"
M-"Arghh!! Tony is trapped!"
M-"Whoa! Andre trapped!" * I hear this one as woah! Hans is trapped.
M-"Help her!"
M-"It's spread'in!"
M-"Another Engine!"
M-"Nice job, Lad!"
M-"We've lost her!"
W-(Scream)
W-"Save my Baby!"
W-"It's about time!"
W-"Get me outta hear!"
C-"Moooooooo!"
H-"Wehehehehehe"
This comes from the rulesheet for the game found on IPDB. So it's not official, but I think it's pretty close.
Hello!
I have som problems with my Fire!
The ledder is going up and down all the time.
The engine for the ladder starts when i start a game.

Ty for your help!

I would start with the switch under the motor cam. I think that's the only way the game knows whether the ramp is up or down. May just need an adjustment of the actuator, or it could be a broken wire or something.
