Check the voltage coming off of the bridge rectifier. Should be @ 34 volts DC.

Check the input side of the bridge. This will be the 2 red wires. It should be 26 volts AC. If the input is good then replace the bridge rectifier. If the input is low then check the connector down by the transformer. The connector may be loose or have burnt pins.
