I’m having a pretty consistent issue here.
When I hit the button to start a game, it goes through the reset sequence then jumps to tilt and game over. I’ve been over this thing and am not seeing the issue. Thanks!

I checked the tilt switches and I think they are correct. The tilt relay and game over relay in the relay bank will not stay reset.

Will do.

Update:

1. With the game off I can manually reset the the bank of relays, when I power on the machine the tilt relay and game over immediately fall.

2. I have pulled the lock relay and checked resistance. I have 14ohms and I understand it should be 14.2 so I think I am good there.

3. I tried to manually hold the lock relay engaged when starting a game, and it made no difference. The game still goes through the reset sequence but ends with game over and tilt lights on the backglass and no game to start.

I have the tilt relay completely out of the game right now, so I guess I could try that. I’ll double check the outs unit.

With the tilt relay removed, the machine responds exactly the same as stated above.
Yes the Outs unit resets.

I’m stumped. I’m a novice at best but here’s where I’m at. The machine is still acting the same. I checked resistance on the lock relay out of the machine and it was 14 ohms which I believe is okay.
Here are pics of the tilt switch and bottom kick off switch. The tilt switch is closed and the kick off is open. By what I’m reading on the schematic, I think they’re both NC but I’ve tried them both ways based on someone else’s machine. Maybe I’m in the wrong spot.
This thing is kicking my ass.
