Have a F14 that has a GI issue in the top and top right of the play field. I tested and I see 1.0 to 1.3v that is hitting the socket, rest of the PF GI is working as desired. Checked the connectors off the PS and tested connectivity to the first light in the chain ok. I checked Q16 on CPU board

Any suggestions where I could possibly be looking next?

Side note in the self test I do not see anything when it checks flasher7 as well, checked Q30 and that seems good pretty sure I checked 07A as well and the buld was good.

Check the GI fuses in the backbox.

Flasher #7 was removed from the game during production.

Yeah, your right on... But there is a story...

So, I went over all the schematics, traced all the wiring thru all the connectors and all, I even pulled the power supply reflowed all the header pins and relay... I DID test with a multimeter all the fuses when I got the pin... And has it set to "beep" and SWORE they all checked oout. Well, as I was installing back the power supply from the corner of my eye I got a better look at the one fuse... Yeah, blown fuse after 2 hrs of tracking leads etc. Happy and pissed all in the same breath...

If you tested the fuses in the holder they would test as good even when bad. This is because of the transformer winding still being in the circuit.
