I have a problem the credit wheel .It will add games fine when credit button is hit.The credit wheel will move to subtract games but gets stuck then it will move the get stuck again . Any suggestions

You mean 'add games' when coining up? More info, such as the game, would be good, but it likely comes down to checking the stepper unit: http://www.pinrepair.com/em/index2.htm#steps

The coil stays energized until the end-of-stroke switch opens. Check that it is opening at the end of the stroke and not too early.
You can also take a slow motion video with your phone which may help diagnose what is going wrong.
