Good day all! I'm hoping someone can help me identify the part number for the drop target on this game. I believe Marco carries them but would like to confirm before ordering. Thinking it's A-8146? Pictures attached
Thanks!

I didn't see it in the '78 catalog but in the '80 catalog it looks like 03-7478. It seems there are variants of that part with a few more numbers.

Pinball Resource makes drop targets in their plant and sells them to Marcos at their retail price. Marcos then marks them up. I suggest looking at Pinball Resources website.
PBR's website does not show that color or style under their playfield parts section, but sometimes Steve may have them anyway. Try calling. If for some reason Marco's doesn't have them in stock either, LMK, as I probably have a spare target or two in that burgundy color laying around from when I worked on my EM Hot Tip.
If they come without the white star (usually the case), I bought some star appliques from Tractordoc a short while back that do the job.

Thanks to all for their input.
MarkG I also checked the Williams parts catalogue and couldn't even find a reference to ARGOSY.
Runbikeskilee i checked PBR as well and there was no reference to that target, but Marco has several versions that all reference early Williams SS games not EM 's so was looking for a parts number to be sure I was ordering the right one. I'll take a stab at the ones listed by Marco part A-8146 and hope they're the right ones. If not I might take you up on your offer Lee.
Thanks again, Frank
Argosy came out after the last EM catalog was printed.
Action Pinball has some notes and measurements on that target including:
NOTE 1: Early original 03-7478-4 drop targets from Williams came with a white star printed on the blank target. Williams did away with the white star when decals were introduced on drop targets at the end of 1978 with the introduction of Phoenix. The white star drop target was used on Big Deal (1977), Contact, Disco Fever, Hot Tip, Lucky Seven, and a few other earlier electro-mechanical pinball games.
Post back to let people know where you find the targets and how well they work out.
I know I have at least one blank target in my stash and a 2nd target where I experimented with painting on a white star using a homemade stencil (result didn't look that great). I have plenty of the white star stickers if you need a few of those.
