Why would you take out all the inserts? I would not advise anyone to do this ever, unless the insert is loose and falling out already. It's very hard to get inserts out without putting micro fractures in them. Many inserts are impossible to find. So it's a very drastic measure. I've seen playfields ruined, because someone felt the unnessesary need to pull the inserts when they didn't have to.

well if they were already screwed you have no choice. Someone tried pulling them the first time when they shouldn't have.

how did the frosting effect hold up after clearing? Everytime I tried to frost anything on the top of the insert, as soon as the clear hit it, it would be clear again. A lot of those inserts you have white backed are not suppose to be white backed. I know classic arcades set didn't line up worth a shit and some were white backed that were not suppose to be. Yours look a lot better than his.

those files look great. Wish I had them. I only have scans of C.A.'s files and his don't line up for shit.

that's really good light distribution. Looks spot on.

if you want it automotive clearcoated, I can do it for you. Turnaround time for just clearcoating is 1 week. I hope you prepped the field properly by scuffing the whole thing before doing the touchups and what not. Didn't see the clearcoating prep phase before.

looks like interesting stuff. Curious on how well it holds up over time and with a ball rolling around on it.
