My Williams Cyclone has an issue. Whenever the mystery wheel is spinning the switch matrix gets confused. While the mystery wheel is spinning during a game anything in COLUMN eight thinks its in COLUMN one. So, while the wheel spins (and ONLY while the wheel spins) I can press the left slingshot kicker (in COLUMNand it SLAM TILTs (directly across from it in COLUMN 1). Or, while the wheel spins, any press of the left flipper (lane change left) makes it act like the plumb bob switch closed and it gives me a DANGER on the display. Any idea what is causing this?

The game has had the switch matrix repaired... new row and column ICs, the LS244, the PIA, and some associated 3904 transistors. All the traces appear to get to their destinations and all the matrix ICs are new. There are no shorts between pins or at the harnesses or playfield that I can see.
