I've been working on restoring my Cyclone and I noticed that the LEDs for the pop bumpers, lane guides, and the general illumination on the left and right side of the machine was working intermittently until it eventually stopped all together. I traced the wiring back and found this relay board and connector that was scorched.
I ordered new parts but I'm wondering if whatever caused this could happen again or if replacing the relay board and IDC connector will solve the issue entirely. If it makes a difference, I've been installing the premium non-ghosting LED kit from cointaker, but I'm not sure if this melting issue happened before or after starting that process. Any ideas? Thanks!
