G'afternoon all,

I picked up my first tables yesterday, both non working, so I have my work cut out for me.

The Comet seems very close to being functional there are just a couple of issues.
When power it on it gives a loud pop which I assume is the knocker, I unplugged the speakers to check that it wasn't just them being overloaded.
The game then does not go into attract mode until I hit SW1 which resets the game.
I can add credits and start a game but nothing solenoid related fires at that point, ball doesn't load, flippers dont work, if I put a ball on the playfield it will rack up points but non of the bumpers or kickout holes work.
The system test for solenoids doesn't fire any of them.

The fuses have been replaced and don't appear to be blowing. The knock at the beginning makes me think that I hooked something back up wrong or there's a short somewhere.

Anyone out there have some recommendations of where to look?
