You can also see some of the other stuff Vid did to brighten things up.

LEDs in the head tend to washout the backglass. So you may want to stick with incandescent in there. Might depend on how faded the glass is though.

I put some rings in the my pop bumpers and they really light up that area nice. I disabled the upper side (other than the middle). Didn't like the looks of them on the caps. Looks like Comet only sells the wedge version. So you would either have to convert or buy elsewhere.
