If I refer to my parts catalog for 1971-72 the shaft only states "SPECIFY TOTAL CAMS" so I suspect that the only difference is length. Refer to page 14.

However, there are several different cam disks, they have to go on the shaft in the correct order. The parts list has 4 different motor cam part numbers:

3A-7151, 3A-7152, 3A-7153, 3A-7154.

The diagram looks like how I'd expect the cams to be lined up!
