Can anyone tell me where this black wire goes? White plug has two black wires coming out of it. One goes to the small block on back wall of back box and other one Broken off from some where. This is a Williams black knight. The Transformer is in the head. Thanks in advance.

It turns the ac from the transformer into DC
You need to add a fuse to it to keep the transformer from catching fire
