You need to check the wiring for the kicker switches.
check your switch matrix test and see if they show up and also check for power at the coils and let us know u find. The cpu test for solenoids use a different firing path so logic could also be bad but best to check the obvious first. Report back then we dig deeper.
Thanks for the guidance! Some inspecting showed a wire off on the right side. Connecting it fixed that side. The left side however looks connected and I don’t see any wires loose? It does look like a recent solder though so maybe I need to redo it?
