I sold a pinbot for a friend and the buyer really questioned that horrific lamp matrix sound that comes thru the speakers. I never cared as they all seemed to do it. Data east, pretty much any williams, and some sega games I have been around. What is the cause and more importantly the solution to fix this.
The games I have owned that did this:
3 Pinbots
1 Data East Star Wars (very bad lamp sound)
1 Comet
1 Taxi
I never was able to correct the issue despite a capacitor kit.
