My guess for the bank positions are.
The first 5 relays with the double stack of switches are in no particular order is.
3rd out relay with br-w wire going to it’s coil.
The next 4 relays will have a normally closed switch inline with a jumper going to its relay coil.
Start relay with o-r wire
2nd coin relay with o-BLU wire
Tilt relay with b-o wire
Game over relay with g-o wire
The 9 relays with the single switch stack are
The 7 targets
The extra inning bar (no coil). Could be positioned near the middle of the 7 target relays.
And the in play relay.
It seems like that there isn’t a reset relay. And reset functions work off the start relay.

I remember from the clinic that there was a problem with the running man unit. It has to be disconnected and removed from the machine to be worked on properly. Post pics and questions if help is needed.
