dr_nyble im not sure i know what you mean by how it is speckled? unfortunately the front of my cue tee was repainted from a previous owner but the paint on the sides is orignal . it does appear to have the exact same graphics as star pool. the speckle is a very sparce very faint red. the sparcest i have seen to date.
