I'm trying to resurrect a Williams 11 Whirlwind I picked up. I got it working good, and now I am down to a lamp matrix issue I've been banging my head on. I installed a new rottendog MPU. Old MPU was toast from batteries.

1J6 Row 2 every lamp is stuck on. I checked every diode in that row, and all tested good. Couldn't locate any grounds.

Anyone with experience with an entire row stuck on, I would be grateful. I need a kick in the pants.

The row transistor is shorted.
