I have a scorpion system 6. The displays work sometimes. Then all of a sudden they will all go blank. Like its looses power. I can look off the side and see the orange dot on all of the displays. So they are getting the high voltage. I can turn the game off for a day or two and they will start working again. I am running a rottendog mpu so the display signal is good. I think something is going on with the displays the self. Most likely the master. Just not sure what to do. I have looked on pinwiki and what not. But didnt see how to figure it out.

Can you start a game when the displays go out?

Yes the game plays like normal.

I would take a closer look at the Master Display Board and check your voltages per PinWiki. https://www.pinwiki.com/wiki/index.php?title=Williams_System_3_-_7#All_Displays_are_Blank

Be careful with the High Voltage area, It can bite.

Look closely at the connectors on the left hand side of the master display board. A bad pin in the connector can cause this.

I checked the voltages and they were good. I will check the connector on the master. Maybe that's it.
