Blown transistor Q73

Where do I go from here?, is this as easy as remove and replace or should I get a board guy to look at this?

Not quite that easy. You will need to repair the burned traces, any associated components (looks like at least a couple of resistors are toast), and of course, resolve the issue that blew the transistor in the first place.
