Quoted from spnmk77:

I recently get a problem with this Indiana Jones Pinball, when I power up the pinball when everything is connected to the fliptronic board ll fuse F902 and F901 are blowing. When i disconnected the connector on J902, everything seen running good no issues at all. I tested the cable of the flippers which it connected back to J902 are perfectly good no issue at all
I bought new coil and replace both of them, i rebuilt the entire flippers left and right side, still same result. I replaced the fliptronic II board too, still the flippers are not working. is anyone has any ideas what could be causing this problem! and help me to troubleshoot this pinball to find the problem is welcome. if you have a picture of the flippers wiring can you send me so i can see if i have wired correctly and i can compare all the connection are done correctly.

Yes the first thing to check is the wiring on the coils, see if they are in the correct order.if you have the manual it will show the correct wiring to the flipper coils and while your at it check and see if the correct amp fuses are installed.
