Edit: nvm, someone else ready straightened that out. Do you have the swing door retainers mounted and snapped in correctly?

With the top retainers flipped up, put the lower mounting stud under the lower holder. Pull the mech up as high as you can, then flip the top retainer down. Its a snug fit.
