I think this is looking much like a Gottlieb card.

I was looking at other games at the ipdb and saw something funny....
Look at this image: https://www.ipdb.org/showpic.pl?id=1500&picno=44168&zoom=1
And this image: https://www.ipdb.org/showpic.pl?id=1679&picno=28173&zoom=1

It looks like a copy of the big blue card.
Damage is in the same spots....

I think we need to find an owner with the real card on his game.

@wayner, Those are the wroung cards.
This game is older.

Quoted from baldtwit:

wrong big ben. Those cards are for the 1975 game.
I'll send the finished inkscape svg file and png's to Ink for the 1954 game when I'm done. The apron itself was used on a few machines, and there's similar aprons for other games of that era with the game-specific instructions stapled over the center area (e.g. wonderland, which I'm also doing).

Make it a pdf with the exact size when printing.
That way everyone can read/use the file.
Put in your credits in the file.

Make it a zip file and include everything you want.

Making a wanted list would be very, very, very much work.
There are so many games that needs additional cards or info.
