I think a better question these days is, can Stern survive if JJP takes off in a big way?

Quoted from txstargazer3:I think there is room for both Stern and JJP in the market. My question is will JJP stake out the premium market and Stern the mainstream? Or, will Stern come right at JJP with high tech innovations like LCDs?
I'm not sure there is two markets any more. It seems like most everything is being bought by collectors and they aren't settling for anything that's of poor quality. Of course, if WOZ revitalizes gameplay on location (if they actually end up on a location) then maybe there's a chance for the OP's to get in on the renewed interest and buy cheaper production models for routes.
Quoted from txstargazer3:If this machine is the game-changer that it seems like it might be, and if JJP keeps the price point for the basic machine at $6500, that places huge pressure on Stern's LE models.
+1 no doubt.
