With the games you have listed I would get a No Good Gophers because the rules are simple.
But if you're looking at modern Sterns I would consider Aerosmith because the rules are pretty simple.
Ghostbusters pro(without the magna slings) would be my other suggestion because the rules are very straightforward and linear. Kind of like Capcom Pinball Magic. Ghostbusters has tougher shots but rules are easy to follow, and it sounds like your a decent player so that wouldn't be an issue.
If I had to choose between the two: it would be Batman all day based off your criteria.
