I actually scrambled to get one of the last NIB POTCLE’s, because of the Wonka reveal. I was so excited about my dream theme and then I saw how they cheaped out on mechs and the rule set didn’t flow, etc. It made me immediately call my distributor and cancel Wonka for POTCLE, which were pretty much gone. I got one of the last few. I think there were a lot of others that originally boycotted Pirates for reduction in mechs, that suddenly wanted Pirates more after they saw just how stripped it could get with Wonka.

I said the same exact thing a couple of weeks ago, but now I actually believe there is SOME truth to the Pat Lawlor rumor. It depends on how much of it is true as to whether it will be remade. Jack left the door open in his last interview, but if Pat does have the investors ear, it might not happen. It will be interesting to see what happens. If it does happen it will be after GnR in 2021 and possibly before Toy Story. I own one so it doesn’t really matter to me. It would be nice to know I could get parts later on though.

I just wonder why everyone who anticipates a rerun of POTC calls out a Black Pearl Edition. The armor on the current LE is already black. Don't know how you would differentiate it unless you put a plaque on it or powdercoat the wireforms black.

I would rather see an Aztec Gold edition as someone said on here before. Antique gold color armor and wireforms would be tight.
