The main reason that TBL is selling for that price is because there are only around 100 of them. If there was 1000 of them like JPOTC, it would be a $7k game.

When the time is right there will be more JPOTC made. Its just a matter of when and at what price. I like the game (mainly the layout and toys) but I'm much more excited to see what Eric does with GNR. Since Slash is involved I have a feeling the theme integration is going to be excellent as the licensor shouldn't be holding them back on that game like on JPOTC.

I haven't been following the DP threads but I have a hard time believing they'll sell more than a couple hundred games at the $12.5k price point. At their current volume they are an ultra boutique manufacturer. If there were 1000 units in existence already for TBL there would be more supply than demand.

I think even 500 more JPOTC at $9500 would be a tough sale in the current market. I think the biggest reason for the demand right now is the lack of other NIB options. I think once more games like GNR and TMNT start hitting the assembly line, demand will waiver. Its a great game but the theme integration really brings it down.

Yep. So much easier to see and play the game with white GI. Color GI never seems bright enough. Hobbit and DI are so much easier to play in a dimly light room than JJP's other games.

Yeah it would be crazy not to make more given the demand and prices. I recently bought both a R&M and JP Premium NIB for less than what people are asking for JPOTC Le's.
