    Gang,

Reaching out here because I'm a tad creeped out by how we tend to have similar interests.

So I posted earlier/randomly about my retirement, which I'm currently trying to figure out. A cabin for Spring/Summer/Fall in Northern Michigan with water/sunset views...done. A place out West for winter with mountain views...TBD. Attached pic was perfection and nearly done (in Eden, UT)...until my realtor discovered she showed me the wrong lot. Not for sale, not responding to inquiries.

Mountain view and proximity to skiing (or apres-skiing ) are key criteria. Might head to Colorado next week because all of my colleagues who travel for a living tell me that's their final resting place. Just looking for the right lot, no house.

Any advice/ideas for towns to research...or pics of lots(!)...would be appreciated!

    Estes Park in CO, anybody?

    Thanks,

    Mike
