No, there will be more YBR made and, the kick in the jimmy will be, it will include the monkey. When JJP announced the YBR version they said it would be limited to, I believe it was, 200 machines "this year" and that "more could be made".

That was only for YBR. The machines (RR so far) after YBR have the monkey back in them.
