I was getting my Avengers update on Stern's site and saw a link just below it for Star Wars Pinball - 2012. It looks like a great update, but I am not sure what Stern had to do with it. Has this been covered on Pinside before?

Do they still do updates on other non-Stern games?

Again, shouldn't they be focused on more recent games? Or, can we look forward to a 20th Anniversary Transformers update?

There's a story, it's long, and it's in a huge thread on pinside.

Long story short, an awesome dude decided to take it upon himself to update SWDE, Stern heard about it and they ended up working something out with said dude to officially release it, as opposed to homebrew.
