I've had this game several months and would like to have Bigfoot look at me when he is supposed to. His head turns about 180 degrees so he is looking at the game next to him instead of at the person playing his own game. I'm used to being ignored by my wife from time to time but how do I fix him so he doesn't ignore me?

He isn't facing the backglass when he's at rest, he's facing his hands(paws?). And no, I haven't tested the optos - newbie here, I wouldn't know how to do it. Can you help me out with that one?

Maybe the mech controlling his head is put on backwards.. worth taking a look at. since it sounds like it's working correctly.

You need to remove his head with the set screw on the back of his neck and reseat it correctly. It is off by 90 degrees.

I got inside his head...and loosened the screws, rotated, tightened and now all is well. I didn't think it could be that easy. Now he knows who is in charge.
