SW2 on sound board on a William "laser ball"
Can't figure why this switch is here.I have changed it and nothing changes.I see in the schematics it just goes to ground.
So just wondering why this switch is on the board?

Some early sound boards had a switch for the operator to make it sound more like chimes instead of synthesized sound. Not sure about LB..

This is what I was thinking.But when I make the switch,nothing changes. I'd really like to change the sound somewhat,but apparently this switch has no use.Unless of course I'm missing something.
There is nothing in the manuel abgout the switch which has rrally confused me.So maybe it's just not meant for any user change.
