Not sure what you're driving at. I see pretty universal disdain for "pinball wizard," and "pinhead" is interesting in that while "______ head" is a widely used idiom for any enthusiast of whatever, "pinhead" predates that usage as a deprecatory slang word for someone suffering from microcephaly or, by extension, any stupid person, despite which pinball folks embrace the term. That's the amusing part.
