What I gather from all this is they were able to save money during production by using a system that emulated the original code and thus increasing profit margins, instead of making the game like the original.

In doing so it introduced erratic timing and delays that were not in the original running original code, that some that are sensitive to these things notice, where others are more than happy with their purchase.

I don't know, but I noticed the differences long before the results of this scientific study were revealed.

They already spent their $8000 and have already had to pay for extras like color display and diffusers. Another pricy adjustment might just put them over the edge.

Why they don't play like originals? Simple. They are not originals.

Kind of nice to see CGC showing up and trying damage control, instead of Rick saying then go buy something else.

So, did they finally take care of all those that had invisible ink and tomahawked playfields in their MMrs?

Exactly. I read those thread and there was never any response to those issues in those threads except one guy that really forced the issue got to buy a playfield. Others received repair kits and diffusers.

And yes, CGC was already a member on this forum with other posts.

Communication is always good when somebody is trying to sell a new product.

It's how well that communication is when expensive things go wrong that really matters IMO.
