There was a guy on IPDB that gave everything a 3 except maybe 1 or 2 out of a hundred. For that reason I think the rating points themselves only tell a small part of the story. You have to read at least a random sampling of the reviews.
In general when dealing with the populace at large, there will always be "deviation". LOL
