    OP, the fee probably includes customs brokerage fees along with paperwork and documentation.

    Maybe buy your parts the old fashioned way, from a local distributor. If you are remote, have the Toronto distributor ship to yoh.

    Is Currie Distributing still around in Campbleville? I attended the Gottlieb service school there in 1977 IIRC. George Offshack was the Gottlieb field guy who did the training. He now owns a campground in Ontario.
