I've found the same thing. I have no problems with quality or service of Marco themselves, but they become a last resort because payment and shipping for Canadian orders on must be done through iglobal, and the rates are just plain ridiculous.

I actually did this, this morning, with a link to this thread for reference. No point in us moaning about the deal, but not asking for it to be fixed.
I received a reply very quickly that they were looking into options to "ease the pain a little" in the new year. So this may be on their radar now.
