I know a guy who bought a bally Delta queen from a 10th Ave distributor in nyc I the 70s. Game was brand new / huo, and the distributor cut out the serial numbers on the game.
Again no idea why. Not allowed to sell games for home use? Unauthorized Bally sale? Who knows. Funny that all these years later it doesn’t matter one shit but to these guys 40 years ago it was very very important for some reason.
