Easy to say stop buying.
But the manufacturer’s draw you in saying they have isolated and fixed the problem, you part with your cash, same old shit show occurs.
Once you’ve paid your deposit your scammed..... again!

I think there’s a good chance every one of these GnR playfields are faulty.

Quoted from PinMonk:

It seems like the very early ones may have benefited from months and months of extended, unexpected 2020 cure time waiting for COVID lockdown to be over. I haven't heard of any of them having these issues.

What about the very early run, the so called 100 prototype run.... they were a disaster - all started chipping / pooling....”but wait guys these are the protos don’t worry, your ones will be fine”.... just more bullshit.

Quoted from iceman44:

Consider me the problem then because while you guys gnash your teeth over it i'll be having fun with my games!
I still haven't heard anyone give any concrete evidence as to the breadth of the issues because my PF's are great and i'm NOT seeing 100's of people jump off ledges because they don't like their PF's
Now IF what you say is true AND so many people care about it and WON'T buy their games now then JJP will go out of business. Plain and simple.
That's NOT going to happen and people WILL continue to buy their games. A certain % of people don't give a flying F about some pooling and minor chipping issues. That is just the way it is whether you agree with it or not.
And I'm NOT going to be part of some MOB attack before we know all of the FACTS.
As for Stern and their POOLING ISSUES, it's now crickets isn't it.
So let's spread the hate around a little bit more fairly.

Give it time, you’ll be digging out the pillowcase, torch and pitch fork......oh and scissors lol...

My GnR ready to be delivered any day now.
I think I would have pulled out if I hadn’t bought a sh^t load of mods already.
Lior , Pinwoofer etc......
I’m hook, line and sinkered....
I guess I could still sell the mods.. hours are counting..

Just an observation I’ve received my LE last few days. The pin is beautiful BTW.......
Not flipped a game yet (cliffys getting done) but can tell immediately the clear feels soft compared to my other pins.
For one I can dig my nails into the clear and it leaves indentations with very little pressure.
My Kiss LE is rock hard, no such marks with the same test........... I wonder?

Quoted from thechakapakuni:

Sounds like a shitty clear coat. It sucks we have to walk on ice after paying $10K for these. What, do we wait 1 year before the Playfield hardens?

Well, I waited long enough for the shipping container to land. It steamed past the Bermuda Triangle, Kong Island then got lost for a month or two then arrived. Sat in port for a while so it’s had plenty time to perform. Maybe try sprinkling some viagra on the PF .. lol..
