How are they shipping? FedEx and UPS is alot more expensive if you dont have a volume account. I know everyone wants free shipping, but it can be pretty pricing. Under a lb USPS is usually the cheapest. FedEx / UPS has discount service, smart post and sure post, respectively, but delivery times can be awful.
But just based on a small item, under a lb, it seems pricey at $25, but more info is needed. Do you live in a rural area?
