Is it just me or does Dracula appear In quite a bit of games? He has two of his own (Dracula, BSD) and makes guest appearances on even more (Cyclone, Taxi, Monster Bash, and I’m sure more). Is there any reason for this or had anyone else noticed this? Any other games I didn’t list where he makes an appearance?

Cheap license or no license needed ?

    Good recognizable theme ?

We still need a John Carpenter's Vampires pin.

Dracula is just a lonely soul looking for a bit of love and companionship. Aren’t pinheads kind of the same?

He's the original Universal Monster. Anyone can play dracula with a cape and some fangs. Vampires have been features in more movies than any other monster. But here some other facts for you...

Everyone wants to be dracula but why?

    1) He sleeps all day and parties all night
    2) He gets all the girls
    3) Never gets old
    4) Dracula is a good looking monsters no scars, no green skin c'mon he's what every guy wants to be

I have to agree with LTG

It also seems that "fantasy" themes work very well on pinballs. The artwork can go anywhere they want it to. I think this also applies to the many comic book pins out there.
