Another reason why competition is a healthy and necessary thing. If Stern is the self proclaimed only pin builder whats the need or use for QA? Just my O2 but Stern needs to not only do the right thing but it needs to be done in a timely manner. I'm sure the payment didn't get to Stern 4+ weeks later.
